Terms of Service

1. The Service

AI HSE Auditor assesses the quality of completed HSE documents and provides scores, identified gaps, and recommendations. The Service combines AI analysis with human expert review.

2. What the Service is NOT

The Service provides quality assessment for improvement purposes. It does not constitute legal advice, regulatory compliance certification, an ISO certification audit, or a guarantee that any document, activity, or workplace complies with applicable law or standards. You remain solely responsible for your regulatory and legal obligations. Assessment results are advisory opinions on document quality.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. One person or organization per account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload documents you do not have the right to share;
• upload content unrelated to HSE document assessment;
• attempt to probe, overload, or circumvent the security or usage limits of the Service (including free-tier limits);
• use assessment outputs to misrepresent certification or regulatory status.

5. Plans and payment

• Free tier: 2 assessments per month, subject to change.
• Paid plans are billed via Stripe under the pricing shown at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual property

• You retain all rights to documents you upload.
• We retain all rights to the Service, including assessment rubrics, scoring methodology, and report formats.
• You receive a licence to use assessment reports for your internal business purposes.

7. Confidentiality

We treat uploaded documents as confidential and use them only as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Human-reviewed assessments are typically delivered within 24 hours, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from decisions made in reliance on assessment results.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 2, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
