Uploaded documents are stored only as long as needed to complete your assessment, then automatically deleted from our active systems within 7 days of upload.

• →Your assessment reports (scores, gaps, recommendations) remain available in your account — the original document does not.
• →If you dispute a result, raise it within 7 days while the source document still exists for re-review.
• →Need immediate deletion? Email us and we remove your document within 1 business day.

Your data never trains AI models

Documents are processed via commercial AI APIs under agreements that exclude the use of customer data for model training. We do not use your documents to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — ours or anyone else's. Your competitor will never benefit from your data.

Every assessment is reviewed by an ISO 45001 Lead Auditor with 25 years of HSE experience across railway and offshore oil & gas before it reaches you. The AI assists; the expert is accountable for the final verdict.

How your document is anonymised
